By accessing or using Dynocards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this application.

Description of Service

Dynocards is an AI-powered vocabulary learning application that provides flashcard generation, spaced repetition learning, review modes, exam modes, and progress tracking. The service is available in both free and paid subscription tiers.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Pro Plan

• Monthly: $3.99 per month
• Yearly: $29.99 per year (save 38%)
• Unlimited AI flashcard generation
• Unlimited access to all study modes
• Advanced analytics and insights

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly. We do not have access to process refunds for App Store purchases.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Abuse or exploit the AI generation feature for malicious purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Share your Pro account credentials with others
• Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

Intellectual Property

The Dynocards application, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the vocabulary content you create, but grant us a license to use it to provide the service.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI-powered flashcard generation feature uses third-party AI services. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated content. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynocards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
