Getting Started
Tap the '+' button on the Home screen. You can create cards manually or use AI generation to create multiple cards from a topic.
Spaced repetition is a learning technique that shows you flashcards at increasing intervals. Cards move through 5 boxes - the better you know them, the less often you see them.
AI Features
Free users get 50 AI credits per account. Each AI-generated flashcard uses 1 credit. Pro users get unlimited credits.
You can generate flashcards from any topic (e.g., "Spanish food vocabulary") and create practice exams to test your knowledge.
Make sure you have an internet connection and AI credits remaining. AI generation requires a few seconds to process. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in.
Subscriptions
Pro includes unlimited AI flashcard generation, unlimited exam creation, advanced analytics, and priority support for $3.99/month or $29.99/year.
Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime through your App Store account.
Yes! If you reinstall the app or sign in on a new device, tap Settings → Subscription and your Pro status will be automatically restored.
You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then your account will revert to the free tier. Your flashcards and progress are preserved.
Studying
Swipe right if you know the answer, swipe left if you don't. Cards you know move to the next box and appear less frequently.
Box 1: New cards (daily), Box 2: Learning (every 3 days), Box 3: Familiar (every 7 days), Box 4: Known (every 14 days), Box 5: Mastered (every 30 days).
When you answer incorrectly (swipe left), the card automatically resets to Box 1 and you'll see it more frequently.
Account & Data
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export My Data. You'll get a JSON file with all your flashcards and progress.
Yes! Your flashcards and progress automatically sync to all devices where you're signed in with the same account.
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete All Data. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting
Make sure you have an internet connection and AI credits remaining. AI generation can take 2-5 seconds. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in.
Check your internet connection. Progress syncs automatically when online. You can also pull down to refresh on the Home screen to force a sync.
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If crashes persist, try signing out and back in, or contact support at support@dynocards.io.
